A campsite in the Sabine Hills
Imagine pitching your tent near a wood, in a silent and shady clearing overlooking a valley and a medieval hilltop town.
Imagine waking in the morning with no other sound than birds singing.
Imagine falling asleep surrounded by trees and fireflies, cradled by the hooting of the Scops owl.
At the Casa Nettarina campsite you will find all this.
We have six pitches for tents, all protected by trees, with a breathtaking view.
Pilgrims walking on the St Francis way (il Cammino di Francesco), tourists exploring by car, walkers and bikers will find it a wonderfully peaceful place for resting up, just 40 miles north of Rome.
We have fresh spring water, electricity, comfortable toilets and hot showers in a wooden log cabin at the campers’ disposal.
And, last but not least, you can treat yourselves to the famous Casa Nettarina organic breakfast, all home-produced from our smallholding: bread, jam, honey, cakes, biscuits, fruit, eggs.
